 Hi, I'm Eldaka Terrell aka Patsy.  I live in Marion County, FL with my husband, Perry, our three dogs and my disabled brother-in-law. In another life I had a career as an Independent Life & Health Insurance Agent as well as a Patient Care Technician working in a hospital.
I have been baking and cooking since I was old enough to turn on the stove. After graduating High Scholl I attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where I majored in Culinary Arts.
A crippling wrist injury ended my culinary education & career for many years. Then, in 2019 the opportunity to attend Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts came up.  I was very excited and jumped at the chance to once again do what I love.
 Cooking and baking for my family has always brought me joy! I Love to bake all types of goodies and being able to share that passion with others through my Cottage Food Operation has been a wonderful experience. 

With my background and experience I take special care to ensure all the products I produce are of the highest standards and quality.  Ensuring safe food handling and a clean sanitary environment are of the utmost importance to me.
