Handmade & Home Baked by Patsy is a Cottage Food bakery business operating under the Florida Cottage Food Law.

1. I can not sell to restaurants.

2. I can not sell bakery goods which require any type of refrigeration such as cream, custard or meringue pies, cream cheeses and yogurt.
